I'm glad enough I stuck through because the second half is a lot better than the first I think (or maybe I was just affected by being hungry during the first half), but I really considered dropping it an hour in even though it's a game that's short to begin with.
The "setpieces" for lack of a better word were all bad (in some cases hilariously so, but clearly not intentionally hilarious), and the main gameplay is often super restrictive, slow, and uninteresting (ever wanted to do platforming, but in a point and click adventure game? yeah, me neither) and kind of reminded me of David Cage gameplay. But what wasn't excusable was the mostly awful gameplay. G1: Oberholtzers (Oakland, NJ) (Tara, George, Tyler, Bunny & John) v. As past meets present, confront your adult choices with fond childhood memories to uncover lost family secrets. However, the game has some strange technical issues (some culled polygon faces and VA issues) which were excusable.
